Contemporary Japanese Restaurant, Mame Niseko, situated within Dharma Niseko, a bold new landmark designed by us in the heart of Hirafu Village.
An iconic chandelier art piece together with abstract photographs of snow by Yasuo Konishi are metaphors for the champagne powder that symbolizes Niseko. The contrast between Tama-moku (Hokkaido Ash with special natural grain) and Kiso cypress on the counter also emphasize the alpine beauty and diversity of nature.
